Cancellation Policy
Please also note that Pure Channel Healing practioners do operate a cancellation policy.
The full fee for your session will be retained if you cancel within 24 hours of your session, half a fee within 48 hours.
Please contact as soon as possible or before 48 hours of your appointment, if you need to rearrange your appointment.
This cancellation policy is for two reasons a) because we prepare, in advance of the zoom session, for each client and b) if you cancel or fail to show, we cannot rearrange, last minute, to fill your slot.
Refund Policy
If (for any reason) you, as a customer, are dissatisfied with a purchase made via our site, we ask that you contact us directly and immediately via email: purechannelhealing@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
When necessary, we will refund a customer for all or part of a payment they've made through Wix Payments. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach a customer's credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
